In this exclusive interview Guy Pratt talks to David Gilmour about his stunning new live album, Live In Gdansk.

The Gdansk gig was the last show on the 2006 On An Island tour and was performed with the 40-strong string section of the Polish Baltic Philharmonic Orchestra. It was the only time on the tour that the band performed with an orchestra.

The show was performed in front of 50,000 people at the shipyards in Gdansk in recognition of the revolution which freed the country from its communist regime.
