(09/11/2008 06:05:12) The Song Remains the Same is glaringly absent. THe Guitar overture represeneted the essence of what Jimmy set out to do. |

(08/11/2008 15:10:53) Well I think Led Zeppelin area a little better than the "best rock band in the world", that is Oasis are support to be. 60000 crowds, come off it that's nothing to compare to 300 thousand plus what Led Zep could again command if they would tour again. Oasis you are just little boys compared to real big boys. just go back and listen to Beatles and then maybe you may learn something. Ian Francis |

(03/11/2008 00:47:50) Well, now that we've got this dross out of the way, how about similar coverage for a few superior bands out there, like Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Rainbow, Blue Oyster Cult and Rush to name just five. Zeppelin are overrated, simple as that, but that doesn't stop Planet Rock perpetuating the myth. No other band gets anything like the variety of coverage on this station, and that's just pathetic. For every track on this list I could pick a better song from each of these four bands, but how many songs by them in total does Planet Rock play? Probably about 10. It's not good enough: get a grip! |
